"Information Text on the Protection and Processing of This Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as "Information Text"), Article 10 of the "Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698" (referred to as "KVKK") and the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Information Obligation" It has been prepared by the data controller Dağcı Teke A.Ş. in order to fulfill its obligation to inform regarding the processing of your personal data.

Personal Data: It includes all kinds of data regarding an identified or identifiable natural person. 4. Parties to Which Your Personal Data is Transferred and Purposes of Transfer

In accordance with the provisions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your collected personal data will be submitted to the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, International Industrial Property Organizations, for the purposes specified in Article 3 of this Clarification Text, limited to the matters that must be stated in national and international industrial property registries. and can be transferred to the relevant industrial property authorities within the scope of international obligations.

5. Method of Collection of Your Personal Data and Legal Reasons

Your collected personal data may be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this Information Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK. 6. Your Rights Listed in Article 11 of the KVKK as a Personal Data Owner

As a personal data owner, you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK:

• Requesting information if your personal data has been processed,
• Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,

• Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the KVKK and other relevant legal provisions, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• To object if a result arises against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
• Request compensation for the damage if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
